For years, the sweets of our pastry Chef, Thierry Richomme have been so popular that he is now opening to you the doors of his patisserie! Take away you tart and enjoy a true festival of flavors to experience delicious pies including his famous Pecan tart.

The revisited red fruits tart
Breton sablé short pastry, light vanilla cream, blend of red fruits, honey and icing sugar

The irresistible pure Caribbean chocolate tart
Short pastry, bitter orange marmalade and chocolate ganache with honey

The sensitive lemon tart
Breton sablé short pastry, lemon creamy, lemon zests and meringue stick

Reservation policy
Tarts to take away are available on Thursday and Friday* at the Apollo restaurant from 12pm until 2pm. Please collect your tart from Annie Ménard, the Restaurant Manager.


*Flavors subject to availability. All flavors will be offered at restaurant opening time. However, to ensure that the flavor of your choice will be available, we recommend you to book it with Annie Ménard by phone +33 01 48 17 12 34 or by email paris.charlesdegaulle@hyatt.com, at least 24 hours before the requested collection date.
